This project aims to tackle gender inequalities within the workplace and aim for stronger businesses across York and North Yorkshire leading by example and adapting gender inclusive policies and procedures with the aim to attract a more diverse workforce.

Our aim is threefold:

We offer support and training for women in work, these could be returners, young women who aim to propel their career or women who would like to move into senior or leadership roles.

We also offer support to SME’s, offering them a tailored service around their practices and policies in order to attract a more diverse and stronger workforce.

Finally, we hold train the trainer sessions for educational institutions with the aim of tacking gender inequalities at an educational level

I did forget to mention that all of this is free!! (Funded through the European Social Fund)
